Overview
Eight villas stepping down an olive terrace, a few minutes' walk from the beach.
The project
Three and a half dunams of worked olive terrace above Perigiali, on the sheltered east coast of Lefkada. The scheme is eight villas of 80 to 120 m², each with a pool and parking of its own.
The access road is cut, the retaining walls are waterproofed and the frames are going up. Delivery is expected in summer 2028.
Our approach
The site falls steeply, so the scheme follows the fall instead of fighting it. An access road switchbacks up through the existing terraces and every house takes a level of its own — which is what stops eight villas on three and a half dunams from feeling like eight villas on three and a half dunams.
The houses are deliberately small. At 80 to 120 m² the money goes into what a house on this coast is actually used for: the pool, the covered terrace, and a full wall of glass to the water. Inside, timber linings and stone floors keep the same restraint.
The beach is a walk rather than a drive. That is the reason the plot was bought.
