Our approach
The building was taken from frame to fitted-out floors under a single contract. That is the only way to hand an occupier a building they can move into on the day the lease starts rather than six months after it.
Offices at this size are made or broken by what surrounds them: parking, a canteen, meeting rooms, and a metro stop close enough to walk to. All four are here, and together they are the reason the building is fully let.
It is held for income rather than for resale, so the work since completion has been the unglamorous kind — services, common parts, the roof.
